20 Pickering Street is a 3-story brick office building in Needham Center. It is located directly adjacent to the rear of the Walgreen’s parking lot, across from Greene Field. Our office is on the First Floor. There is a handicapped ramp at the front of the building and ample parking on Pickering Street or in the Walgreen’s parking lot. 

FROM THE NORTH:
I-95S toward Dedham/Providence, RI. Take Exit 19B, Highland Avenue, toward Needham. Continue straight on Highland Avenue to the 5th traffic light (St. Joseph’s Church will be on your left). Turn LEFT onto May Street and make an immediate RIGHT onto Pickering Street. 20 Pickering Street is located on the right directly after the Walgreen’s Parking Lot.

FROM THE SOUTH:
I-95N/MA-128N toward Peabody/Portsmouth, NH. Take Exit 17 for MA-135 toward Needham/Natick. Turn RIGHT onto MA-135 and follow it to the traffic light in Needham Center. Turn RIGHT onto Great Plain Avenue and take the first LEFT onto Pickering Street. 20 Pickering Street is the 1st brick building on your left.

FROM THE EAST:
Route 9 West or MA Turnpike West to I-95S and follow above directions.

FROM THE WEST:
MA Turnpike East to Route 9 East. Exit Route 9 at Kingsbury Street. Go straight through the light at Route 16 and then turn RIGHT onto Clifford Street. At the end of Clifford Street turn LEFT onto Route 135 (Great Plain Avenue) and bear right at traffic circle. Travel 2.8 miles and turn LEFT onto Pickering Street.
